From the desk. Kaiden’s publicly accessible chart was checked on 23 October 2026. Although its page title says October, its visible update date is 6 September 2026, before version 2.0. The ranks below are a short attributed snapshot, not our combat tests or a verified post-update meta. Its filters also say 48 characters while the navigation says 41: use the named entries as recommendations, not a verified roster count.
Role-specific tier list: community snapshot
Kaiden community chart, visible update 6 September 2026: T0 DPS: Firstlight Noya. T0 Sub-DPS: Donna, Nazuka. T0 Utility: Nazuna, Suntide Willow. These are selected entries relevant to our character guides, not a reproduction of the whole chart. T0 is that source’s highest tier.
T0.5 DPS: Allie, Chitose. T0.5 Sub-DPS: Eleanor, Gerie. T2 DPS: Amber. Kaiden ranks the same character differently by role: Gerie appears at T1 as DPS and T0.5 as Sub-DPS. Donna is T0 as Sub-DPS but T1 as Utility. A single overall letter would hide that distinction.
For a starter account, this makes Firstlight Noya a community-ranked damage candidate, Nazuna or Suntide Willow a utility candidate, and Donna or Nazuka a secondary-damage candidate if you own them. This is a shortlist for further reading, not a claim that those five form a legal three-person team or cover every enemy weakness. Check Firstlight Noya, Nazuna and Donna before investing.
How to use the ranks without wasting pulls
A party is three Trekkers. Vanguards are the main attackers, Supports spend SP and Ultimate from the support seat, and Versatile units can sit in either conversation. Each Trekker has one of six elements: Umbra, Lux, Ignis, Aqua, Ventus or Terra. Enemies show a weakness; matching it turns the damage number yellow, according to the element notes on the Miraheze wiki.
Pick an on-field attacker first, then check the roles and elements of the two support seats. An off-element high-ranked character is not automatically the best use of your resources. Compare a character in the role you will actually use, not its highest entry in any column. Our team builder flags missing roles and duplicates; it does not simulate damage.
Availability and strength are different questions. Confirm the current banner before planning a pull, then calculate the remaining guarantee on the pity calculator. Neither rarity nor being absent from the free roster proves a character is S tier. We have no controlled boss-clear dataset, so there are no invented damage percentages, gear benchmarks or version 2.0 calibration values here.
Version 2.0 can change the relative value of a support, a Disc or a particular team. The September source date matters more than an automatically refreshed month in a title. Treat the shortlist as a starting point, read the latest game notices and avoid spending solely on this older chart. Our editorial preference is to develop one coherent elemental team before chasing several unrelated top-ranked units.
Launch-era S, kept as history
BlueStacks, 29 October 2025, listed S: Gerie, Chitose, Nazuna, Minova, Chixia. A: Ann, Nanoha, Tilia, Ridge, Cosette. B: Freesia, Jinglin, Canace. Treat that as a week-one snapshot. Chitose later joined Boss's Regulars in version 2.0 notes discussed on the character page. Gerie is a 5-star Terra Vanguard. Nazuna is a 5-star Terra Support and is not Nazuka.

No. The current recommendations are attributed selections from Kaiden’s role-based chart, visibly dated 6 September 2026. They are not verified post-2.0 rankings or our gameplay measurements. The 2025 chart is labeled history.

Why is Nanoha not copied from the old S chart as a 4-star?
The Miraheze infobox lists Nanoha as a 5-star Ventus Vanguard. The 2025 third-party chart mislabeled that rarity.
