5-star Aqua Vanguard
Chitose Stella Sora Guide
Chitose is a 5-star Aqua melee Vanguard. The official version 2.0 notice confirms her addition to the permanent Boss’s Regulars banner alongside Shia.
From the desk. Chitose is one of the five names on the 29 October 2025 BlueStacks S row. I am not repeating that letter as a 2.0 fact. What I did confirm on the roster is the kit identity: Aqua Vanguard, melee, Inquisitive, Freelance, birthday 3 November, voice Tsukishiro Hika, released 20 October 2025.
Chitose at a glance
Chitose is listed as a 5-star Aqua Vanguard, range Melee, style Inquisitive, faction Freelance Trekker. Birthday: November 3. Japanese voice credit as transcribed: Tsukishiro Hika. Wiki release date: 2025-10-20. Source: Miraheze Chitose infobox, roster snapshot dated 22 October 2026. A dash means missing data. Voice-name romanization and release-date timezone have not been independently reconciled with official credits.

Pool and selector
The official 2.0 notice explicitly adds Chitose and Shia to Boss’s Regulars. Permanent availability is not a rate-up or a guarantee on an individual pull. Inspect the live pool and rates before spending.
Permanent-banner membership does not establish eligibility for an older reward ticket. The launch-ticket notes explain why an unconfirmed Japanese launch report cannot support a current Global selector recommendation.
Questions people ask
Is Chitose limited?
The official version 2.0 notice confirms that Chitose and Shia were added to the permanent Boss’s Regulars Trekker banner. This does not make either a guaranteed pull or a selector reward.
What element is Chitose?
Aqua. She is a melee Vanguard, which lines up with the Torrent mark.
