Stella Sora Account Guide
A Stella Sora Global account syncs Windows, Steam, iOS and Android after you bind it. Other regions do not share that login.
From the desk. Source: the Global official launch FAQ, also available through its news API. It documents supported login methods and account switching. Japanese transfer-code and deletion guides are not evidence that the same menus exist in the Global client.
Global login and account switching
The Global FAQ supports binding to email, Google, Facebook or Apple and using that method across Android, iOS and the PC client. It explicitly warns that entering a Google email address is not the same login method as choosing Google account sign-in. Use the original method when recovering your progress.
To switch accounts, the FAQ gives: Menu → Settings → Account → User Center → Switch Account → Confirm. On the login screen, choose Log in to another account. Switching accounts is not an instruction to delete an account.
A Global deletion or transfer-code procedure has not been verified for this guide. Do not delete an account or its login history just to troubleshoot sign-in. Record your UID and contact publisher support if you cannot access the original account. Reroll planning is separate from account recovery.
JP, KR, CN and TW accounts cannot enter Global and cannot be transferred across those servers. The official support address for the game is [email protected]. That inbox is the publisher, not this site. This site’s desk is [email protected].
Questions people ask
How do I log into Stella Sora on a new phone?
Bind email, Google, Facebook or Apple on the old device, then use the same method on the new one. Steam users can also use Steam login on the Global Steam client.
Can I move a Japanese account to Global?
No. The Steam FAQ says other regional accounts cannot log into Global and cannot transfer.
